Computrainer testing tomorrow, and April showers...

The Computrainer 5km time trial test is available if a few SCC members would like to take it tomorrow night, May 25. The test gives information on wattage output, and with your heart rate monitor you can get a heart rate profile to help structure your training. If you would like to perform the test, please contact Battista as soon as possible at coach@sudburycc.ca

And despite having the track available to us now, the weather might not always co-operate. If the track surface is wet, we still have access to the field house until the end of April for indoor training.
